Job Description


We are looking for a proactive Engineer to join our team, bringing strong management skills and a problem-solving mindset. 


The ideal candidate will excel in decision-making and adapt well to changes. Key responsibilities include:


  • Managing relationships with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrating excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Staying updated on the latest technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps, and AI/ML
  • Leading new IT setups and maintaining existing infrastructure
  • Configuring and managing firewalls and networking devices (routers, switches, hubs, bridges)
  • Working with Active Directory Azure, Zscaler, and SCCM
  • Managing Windows Servers and ERP systems
  • Overseeing IT asset management and software installations
  • Troubleshooting operating systems, VOIP systems, and LAN/WAN issues
  • Providing support for email and Outlook configuration
  • Implementing and managing corporate LAN environments
  • Delivering desktop support and management
  • Handling vendor and asset management
  •  Supporting Office 365 and MS Teams
