We are looking for a proactive Engineer to join our team, bringing strong management skills and a problem-solving mindset.
The ideal candidate will excel in decision-making and adapt well to changes. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with internal and external customers
- Demonstrating excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Staying updated on the latest technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps, and AI/ML
- Leading new IT setups and maintaining existing infrastructure
- Configuring and managing firewalls and networking devices (routers, switches, hubs, bridges)
- Working with Active Directory Azure, Zscaler, and SCCM
- Managing Windows Servers and ERP systems
- Overseeing IT asset management and software installations
- Troubleshooting operating systems, VOIP systems, and LAN/WAN issues
- Providing support for email and Outlook configuration
- Implementing and managing corporate LAN environments
- Delivering desktop support and management
- Handling vendor and asset management
- Supporting Office 365 and MS Teams
