About the Role :
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications while serving as the primary point of contact for project execution. This role requires a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development, with additional knowledge of SAP ABAP for HANA being a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
✔️Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP ABAP Development.
✔️Lead and mentor a team of developers.
✔️Oversee the end-to-end application development process.
✔️Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
✔️Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
✔️Solve complex technical challenges for both immediate and cross-functional teams.
Professional & Technical Skills :
✔️Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP Development.
✔️Experience with all RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
✔️Hands-on experience in OData and Object-Oriented ABAP.
✔️Strong debugging and testing skills.
✔️Development experience in SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, PP, PM, Tax, EWM, and integration with other SAP modules.
Good-to-Have Skills:
✔️Knowledge or experience in SAP ABAP for HANA.
✔️Hands-on experience in AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) and CDS (Core Data Services).
✔️Understanding of SAP ABAP Development best practices.
Qualifications & Experience :
✔️Minimum Experience: 7.5 years in SAP ABAP Development.
✔️Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education.
