Role Objective :
The primary objective of this role is to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions tailored for client-side deployment. The role demands strict adherence to quality assurance standards, ensuring reliable, efficient, and effective software delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Requirement Analysis and Design Contribution
Play an active role in understanding product requirements and contributing to the software design process.
Develop software by analyzing business needs, system workflows, data utilization, and operational procedures.
Investigate system challenges and guide the resolution process through the software development lifecycle.
Conduct root cause analysis of system issues to identify areas of improvement.
Transform client requirements into scalable, feasible technical designs.
Work closely with systems analysts and functional teams to delve deeper into software requirements.
Collaborate with project managers to align software capabilities with business objectives.
2. Software Development and Optimization
Assess operational feasibility through a comprehensive evaluation of analysis, definitions, and system requirements.
Design and implement automated testing frameworks and usage scenarios to validate software functionality.
Modify and enhance existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware environments, and improve overall performance.
Recommend upgrades or changes to improve system efficiency and stability.
Ensure high-quality, bug-free code with minimal test failures.
Maintain detailed documentation on project specifications, development activities, and progress.
Log and manage code contributions according to established project or program norms with clear replication and descriptions.
Coordinate regularly with the team to update and document project progress.
Provide usability and serviceability feedback, trace quality risks, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
3. Client Interaction and Status Reporting
Accurately capture client requirements and clarification points to deliver optimal solutions.
Regularly gather client feedback to enhance quality and ensure timely project delivery.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with new technologies, programming languages, and development practices.
Work with engineering teams to assess software-hardware compatibility and define performance metrics.
Create comprehensive technical documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments to clarify system functionality.
Maintain professional and effective communication with clients through various channels—emails, calls, and reports.
Ensure timely and courteous responses to client queries, avoiding internal or external complaints.
